Evaluation and reflection

 Recordings Today

I did the recordings today, and I did a Vox pop and recorded 2 people answering my vox pop question about the artist Kendrick Lamar, and had them introduce themselves, as last time I had forgotten to ask them what their name was, and the people who answered the question, answered in full answer! I think it went very well. I just listened to it.

Recording the Audio + Adding the images

I recorded the audio for the background then added the images on Adobe premier pro and synced the speech into the images and made it fit good enough.

In the process, i had to retake the vox poxs as some people weren't really ethusantic which was understandable but had me going to ask people who had more of a passion to do the interview which worked out quite well in the end.

Evaluating my FMP

My media product is a documentary and I used Vox-pox to help create the documentary and give it a better and more efficient look.

Reflecting back on my proposal, I haven't me the deadline as i believe my work wasn't sufficient enough to be submitted, In the end I achieved a making of Documentary including 3 different people which required a Vox -pox and background information of Kendrick Lamar.

My FMP meets the target audience through the use of the text which the audience can read and analyse the questions that are being asked and the speech behind the pictures on factual information from the artist Kendrick Lamar.

My documentary is appealing to the audience as it also gives information about the ongoing dispute between Kendrick Lamar and drake.

My media production was a Documentary styled video the edit style I chosen was pictures of the artist and Vox -Pox's included to give it the full layer of an documentary. The text I  had used was to keep the audience intrigued and interested in what happens next and to keep it interesting rather than just feeding information and switching to vox-poxs and so forth.

I mix sound and vision well from the use of making and designing a interview style video which in the end worked out really well.

I used a microphone and a camera to record my videos and the interviews I did, I also used a recorder to record the audio for when the images of the artist Kendrick Lamar shows. I also used Adobe Premier Pro to edit the documentary and to put it together and implemented the background audio inside of it and put it together smoothly and used a text to give a better look.

I also used a font on the text called "Cherry Cola" to give it a unique and distinct look and I also combined the text with the Vox -Pox's meaning that I put the persons speaking username and the questions that they were being asked.

The professional examples that influenced my work was this video:

I gained a lot of knowledge and influence of this video when it came to designing my documentary but I had to base my around the idea of transformation which required me to do things quite differently.

Before creating my documentary, I watched several other videos and got information of that and watched it thoroughly before creating it and executing it.

I believe everything well in my FMP, but I would like to specifically stand out the fact that my Vox-pox went rather well and the people I have chosen are the best fit and the audience will be able relate to the people that i have chosen to be interviewed.

I believe my this match's up my initial idea as before i started i was researching about the rapper Kendrick Lamar and about documentaries, if I had more time i would of made the Vox - pox longer meaning adding more people and going more in depth about Kendrick Lamar's life.
